Job Description
Working supervisor, who will provide cleaning services in assigned parking properties. Manage operating expenses and assist in developing and adhering to annual budget. Interview, train, schedule and evaluate employees. Schedule, coordinate, and perform equipment maintenance and repairs. Able to understand and follow directions and work as part of a team.
Monday - Thursday 9 pm - 5:30 am and Saturday 7 am - 5:30 pm

Requirements
Supervisory experience, identify and solve problems, communication skills, able to operate industrial cleaning equipment, work in weather, snow removal experience. Clean driving record. Mechanical experience. Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment
Able to lift 80 lbs and work in seasonal weather conditions both inside and outside
