Job Description
We are looking for a mature and experienced caregiver to assist seniors in their homes in Salt Lake Valley with non-medical needs. This position requires good communication skills as well as personal care and homemaking skills. Applicants must pass a background check and also have a good driving record and their own vehicle in good working condition with full insurance. Applicants must be able and have a desire to work with the elderly. Previous caregiving and homemaking experience is required. The person selected will go to an elderly person's home and assist them with non-medical care such as caring companionship, meal preparation, personal care, transportation and errands, homemaking needs, hygiene care and more. This is fulfilling work and a great service!

Qualifications
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• Excellent verbal communication skills, high degree of service orientation, ability to multi-task, and positive attitude.
• Must be reliable, flexible, patient, and compassionate.
• First Aid certification preferred
• CNA certification preferred
• Posses a valid driver's license and have use of an insured, reliable automobile.
• Clean driving record and background check
• Have at least 6 months of paid experience or 1 year of unpaid experience caring for the elderly or the disabled.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
