Job Description
Opportunity Manager – Job Posting

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting individual to direct our technicians toward company’s sales goals. The preferred candidate will have extensive sales experience, ability to communicate well, comfortable public speaker, and a great trainer.

Duties include:
1. Meet with the marketing manager to discuss number of calls required for each division.
2. Develop strategies to improve performance for each division.
3. Learn the network’s sales system and train all salespersons on this system.
4. Understand sales goals per division (HVAC, Plumbing, Drain Cleaning.) Set expectations for each manager and support their accomplishment of goals.
5. Plan/monitor and appraise salespeople about progress.
6. Recruit, select, orient and train new staff members.
7. Introduce new avenues of unexploited sales opportunities.
8. Attend educational workshops – peer groups, import learned information to sales staff.

Requirements
Must have 2 years of sales experience as well as someone with excellent management capabilities. Someone who is a natural leader with positive attitude. Also looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills.
