JOB DESCRIPTION?
We are currently hiring for a full time customer service and shipping clerk. Applicants must be detailed oriented, good with computers, able to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. Applicants must also be able to enter orders, pick, pack and ship product.

Requirements
Job Requirements and Responsibilities
Shipping
• pick, pack, ship, and process orders
• able to lift 50 lbs
• receive and input incoming orders from online or drop ship sources
• document and maintain shipping procedures
• responsible for improving and maintaining pick accuracy
• responsible for resolving issues related to order fulfillment and shipping
Customer Service
• answer inbound customer service phone calls and emails
• deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints
• enter sales orders into computer
• direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• keep records and follow up on customer interactions and transactions
• keep record of returned merchandize
• receive, process, and test/replace warranty products
Education and Experience
• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
• knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• knowledge of relevant computer applications
• knowledge of shipping/receiving/order entry principles and practices
• numeric, oral and written language applications
• product knowledge
