Job Description
Coordinator – International Student Program
PAX-Program of Academic Exchange is a non-profit educational foundation that promotes international peace, friendship and understanding through cross cultural exchange and education of world citizens.
We are looking for mature local coordinators (specifically Tooele, Ogden, Logan, So. Sanpete, Salt Lake Valley, Box Elder needed) interested in a rewarding and exciting part time position. This is a wonderful opportunity to bring the many cultures of the world to your own community. Do you enjoy teens, community service, PR? If so, then you will excel as a PAX coordinator and have fun with this position. We are looking for motivated, flexible, self-starters w/creative problem-solving skills, and some sales experience.

Job requirements: Recruiting host families, supervising high school foreign exchange students and working with local High Schools. Good communication and e-mail/phone skills.

Ability to network and recruit host families for foreign exchange students. Be liaison with high schools and host family. Be advocate and supervisor for exchange students. Write reports and keep monthly contact. Complete PAX training and follow guidelines. Set own goals and hours.
