Position Summary
Account Development Consultants own the relationship between Prosper Inc. and clients from the time a new candidate is contacted until they are passed on to the Enrollment Executive. Successful Consultants have a strong work ethic and a consistently positive attitude. They work directly with our potential students to understand opportunity, benefits, and requirements and to develop solutions to ensure success. This position does have a sales component and sales experience is preferred. This position includes all of the following aspects:
•Strategic sales and consulting
•Client relationship management
•Frequent interaction with potential clients/students, employees including Directors, VP’s, and executives
•Experience delivering strategic solutions to potential customers
•Ability to learn new techniques and train others on successful methods
•Client presentations
•In-depth knowledge of our website, business model, and online marketing strategy
•Work closely with Sales Executive and consult with other team members to be sure goals and responsibilities are met.
Responsibilities
•Daily management of all assigned potential students
•Assist students and act as trusted advisor to enable them in applying our experience and training
•Provide resources to answer potential student questions and identifying needs
•Ensure that every potential assigned client is contacted
•Prepare clients for initial implementation of our education
•Manage client expectations, keeping clients satisfied and expectations realistic
•Fully understand client goals and communicate those to Enrollment Executive
•Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment and maintain a can-do attitude.

•Excellent work ethic and leadership skills
•Self-motivated, team-oriented, very responsible, and focused on exceeding client expectations
•Understanding of sales concepts and strategies
•Direct working knowledge of sales pipeline and opportunity management tools (e.g., Salesforce.com)
•Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
•Self-motivated, responsive, and dedicated to client success
•Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
•Ability to work with secure and confidential information.
•Must be a self-starter with high attention to detail, able to work on assigned tasks independently and comfortable with identifying and initiating discussions about opportunities for process improvement.
•Must demonstrate a professional, engaged, curious and consultative nature as well as good judgment.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and how the Internet and websites work
•Demonstrated ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION GIVEN FOR:
•Master’s degree or other advanced education
•Demonstrated exceptional customer skills from previous employment
•Prior sales or management experience
•Prior experience with customer support in a sales position
•Consulting experience
