Job Description
Energy Wise Insulation is looking to hire a part time entry level Customer Service Representatives. This position requires individuals who are motivated, self-starters, and ready to go to work right now. Job times are consistent during evening hours approximately 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. Interested applicants need only work 4 to 5 shifts per week but may work all 6 if desired. This is an excellent opportunity for full or part time students looking for part time employment during evening hours or individuals looking to increase household income. Starting pay is hourly usually $10.00 per hour plus bonuses for performance. Paid training, in addition to advancement opportunities.
Requirements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Customer Service skills with high degree of professionalism
• Making outbound & receiving some inbound customer service calls to prospective customers interested in our services.
• Setting appointments for our sales staff with attention to details.
• Collecting relevant information to assist our business in better servicing our customers.
• Working directly with Company Officers to meet established quotas.
• Tracking & reporting metrics relevant to job performance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including MS Word & MS Excel.
• High degree of integrity and strong work ethics.
• Demonstrated communication & interpersonal people skills.
• Basic computer, typing, navigation, & data input experience is a must.
• Supervisory Experience a strong plus…
