Job Description
We are a Hospice agency seeking a full time RN for the Salt Lake Valley. Hospice experience is required, preferably 1+ years experience.
Requirements
We are seeking an RN that is a hard worker, self starter, independent, passionate about patient care, and doesn't procrastinate. Duties include, visiting patients in their homes, participating in weekly IDT meetings, charting daily, and sharing on-call nursing duties. Two weeks paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, uniforms provided, and mileage reimbursement. Background & Drug screening required. Must have reliable transportation.
