Job Description
Leading Utah homebuilder is looking for a full-time Production Artist. This position will be responsible for website updates and the brand continuity, design, and production of various sales and marketing materials.
Requirements
Job responsibilities include:
• Assemble and layout images and text for sales and marketing materials
• Foster and manage relationships with print suppliers and creative partners
• Maintain website accuracy and implement changes as needed
• Design and execute email blasts
• Work cross functionally to secure all necessary files, images and text
• Use pre-existing design template to layout text and photos, using Adobe InDesign
• Design ad hoc collateral as requested

Job qualifications include:
• Must have 3+ years of print experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of web design and development (HTML and CSS)
• Experience in preparing files for output for both print and online formats
• Experience with on-demand and variable-data printing a plus
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Efficient with organization and management of files
• Verbal and written communication skills, and problem solving ability
• Understanding of aesthetic aspects of design, and attention to detail

Education/Experience:
• Degree in Graphic Design, or related field
• 3+ years experience preferred
