Job Description
Marazzi Tile & Stone, is part of the Marazzi Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of ceramic tile, is seeking an Outside Sales person to sell and obtain specifications for tile, natural stone and sundries to the architectural and design community. Key responsibilities include:
Achieve the companies profit objectives for your area
Manage costs within sales budgets
Develop and implement plans to grow customer base
Promote Marazzi manufactured products for use on both commercial and residential projects within your assigned region
Monitor specifications, and resolve customer service issues that arise
Resolve problems related to supply and delivery
Follow up on requests for information, samples, literature, etc.
We offer competitive compensation plus commission, with excellent benefits including medical/dental, paid vacation, & 401(k).

Requirements
Minimum two year degree required
Candidates must have 1 to 2 years sales experience
Architectural and or Designer sales experience strongly preferred
Must have ability to develop and do professional presentations in both an individual and group setting
Candidates must be friendly & approachable, good listeners, and have excellent follow-up and communication skills
Basic computer skills mandatory with a working knowledge of Powerpoint.
Must be able to transport and handle individual tile samples
Candidates must have 1 to 2 years sales experience
