Job Description
Full time construction superintendent with experience wanted.
The superintendent is fundamental to the successful completion of individual projects and overall satisfaction of the clients. Superintendents are responsible for general construction scheduling, quality control, inspections. 4-way walkthroughs, payment of purchase orders and completing jobs.
Base pay will depend on experience.

Requirements
Desirable qualities include: college degree in construction or management, 4+ years in construction, carpentry experience, computer literacy, clean driving record, clean criminal record, able to lift and carry heavy loads.
