Support, build, enhance and maintain web-based applications in the financial services area.
General Requirements:
SunGard is looking for quick thinkers who can develop skills across multiple disciplines such as application support, networking and programming. Strong multi-task ability is critical. Ability to work both under pressure as well as without direct supervision is imperative. The ideal candidate will have strong work ethics and possess natural problem solving ability.

Requirements
Work includes:
• Support, development, and testing of web-based applications in all tiers: database tier (tables, indexes, views, Transact-SQL), application tier (C#-based business objects providing data access, logic implementation, and user interface interaction), and user interface (.Net, html/javascript).
• Reading business design documents and discussing requirements with analysts, project managers, and financial professionals.
• Work closely with Business Analysts to resolve customer issues.
SunGard’s solutions for capital markets help banks, broker/dealers and futures commission merchants increase the efficiency and transparency of securities and derivatives processing. They also provide accounting, securities financing, data management and tax reporting across multiple platforms, asset classes and markets. Supporting the entire trade lifecycle from execution to settlement, SunGard provides centralized transactional databases that deliver consolidated views of positions and risk.
