Job Description
Expanding Dental Group expanding and looking for people looking to make a career change with a dynamic company!


Manage and maintain collections
Friendly interaction and communication with patients and co-workers
Maintain important patient and office records
Check patient treatment plans
Present patient treatment plans
Collect patient payments
Verify Insurance Benefits
Obtain pre authorizations
Use a computer efficiently and effectively
Assist fellow coworkers when called upon
Ability to perform administrative duties
Assisting the patient with necessary forms
Maintain and follow OSHA guidelines
Maintains an effective recall system for patients who have completed treatment
Requirements
Skills:

Communicate well with patients other office administrative duties
Good secretarial skills
Bookkeeping skills
Ability to handle a multi-line inbound phone call system
Ability to follow a professional code of ethics at all times
Ability to keep patient confidentiality
Ability to maintain a Professional appearance at all times
