Job Description
Responsible for generating revenue through effective consultative selling of Investools education products and curriculum over the telephone. Utilize leads generated through a variety of sources to introduce clients to education options, provide counsel on next steps, additional resources and upgraded options for future learning and application of learning content and principles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Generate revenue through consultative, relationship based selling
Handle all client calls in a professional, ethical, suitable and positive manner
Meet or exceed individual goals, including sales results, education revenue and phone activity metrics
Attend all sales meetings and required training
Effectively contact and follow-up with all clients and prospects based on leads assigned
Complete required training and development courses and sessions
Work cooperatively with other departments, branches and sales teams to ensure sales goals are exceeded and clients have a best in class experience
Ensure client satisfaction through applying best practices and cooperative teamwork across business channels
Perform other job related duties as assigned
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The environment in which the job is performed is a typical office environment. High degree of keyboarding and phone dialing and talking. Able to sit for long periods of time, stand, reach and bend occasionally. Lift up to 10lbs as needed. Occasional travel.

Good organization and time management skills
Knowledge of basic PC operations and Windows-based applications

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelors Degree in business, education, marketing or related field preferred
Three to five years of telephone sales experience
Prior experience selling financial, investment or education products highly desirable
