Job Description
Outpatient private Orthopedic rehab clinic in Salt Lake City is seeking a professional front office administrator. This is a vital position that requires knowledge of all aspects of an orthopedics/sports rehab clinic. We are expanding and we are looking for a exceptional, high caliber individual that can demonstrate the following skills/abilities:
Front desk: professional, friendly, outgoing with excellent computer skills (word-excel-presentation programs-internet-social media), patient scheduling experience.
Billing and collections: able to communicate with patients and insurance companies. Requires tenacity and ability to do research. Medical billing experience required.
Physician/patient relations: voice and written communication. Patient retention, physician office relations development. Marketing programs.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized (this is very much a multi-tasking environment), is able to manage priorities and respond appropriately to a wide variety of requests. Is an excellent communicator and possesses a friendly, outgoing personality. Our clinic is all about giving an exceptional experience to our patients.
