Wire-sculpture.com is looking for a number crunching Online Marketing assistant, to drive content across multiple verticals that directly feeds our sales pipeline and drives revenue. In this role you will: Work directly with the Director of Marketing and help to deliver strategy and marketing objectives Communicate key metrics on all marketing programs on a weekly basis; recommending pivoting strategies where appropriate Create content that drives demand generation, sales and retention while delivering clear analytics and metrics on engagement to determine success Collaborate with Directors to implement paid ad campaigns (Google Ads; Facebook Ads; Trade publication ads) from setup to conversion tracking and reporting Be skilled at leveraging the company???s thought leadership and extracting expert information for dynamic original stories Work closely with the PR and Social Media manager to drive the 2013 company goals Create and implement the company???s email marketing strategy for all verticals to drive engagement and reach goals Implement customer and industry survey processes to extract key data for program implementation Coordinate with copywriters for blog posts, white papers and articles Strategize and implement language for inbound marketing assets including: landing pages, email copy and advertising Conduct quarterly reports on competitive marketplace and industry best practices

To be perfect for this role, here are the key skills and experience we are looking for: Two years of content creation and online marketing experience with an emphasis on Analytics and driving sales Experience with and knowledge of how to analyze marketing messages using Google Analytics A deep knowledge and experience with A/B and MVT testing A demonstrated knowledge of editorial in a Web 2.0 world; writing skills that engage and incite responses from decision makers; use of social media platforms Wordpress, Facebook Twitter; practice using survey tools (Survey Monkey) Experience in using in-house data as well as paid marketing opportunities that yield solid lead generation outcomes Demonstrated success in an integrated marketing department that is closely aligned with sales where demand generation is a cornerstone of success Comfort in creating educational videos and webinars as additional means for content creation and sales Strategic thought and planning; but you can also be hands on and dive deep into tactics and metrics Organization and proven project management; you must be able to see a campaign from start to finish and provide both goals ahead of time and analysis post campaign Understanding of Marketing Automation and Sales Systems (Infusionsoft) Someone who dislikes bureaucracy and politics - all you care about is getting results An individual who wants to join a start-up like atmosphere in a more established company ??
