A high end, established, retail franchise located in the Riverton/Draper area is looking for a seasoned store manager. If you have a minimum of 3 years of exceptional experience managing a team of 10+ retail sales people and providing outstanding service to higher-end customers, we would like to talk to you. To succeed in this position, it is important to have experience in management and sales, as well as the ability to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and delegate tasks.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Set goals to achieve weekly, monthly, yearly objectives
- Ensure each client has a great customer experience
- Manage daily key performance indicators to drive profitability
- Coach / practice sales process daily with sales associates
- Handle dissatisfied customers and complaints
- Achieve sales growth targets
- Interview and hire sales associates
- Manage staffing schedules
- Process payroll
- Review reports daily, weekly and monthly and monitor and improve progress
- Audit and order inventory
- Participate in franchise evaluations of store performance
- Schedule and manage monthly staff meetings
- Be available for store emergencies

- The ability to provide coaching to the entire staff, particularly sales associates
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent people skills including: interviewing, hiring, managing, scheduling, sales, and intuitive thinking
- Some background in accounting and bookkeeping is ideal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of 3 years of exceptional retail management experience
