Job Description
Recovery agency is in need of an office assistant to help with the following duties: data entry, answering multi-line phone system, proofreading and processing communication via email, fax and internet based computer programs, working with customers to claim personal items, multi-tasking and other assorted office duties as needed. Will also work outside with vehicles in all types of weather conditions and must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. No exceptions.

We will give preference to those with prior experience in a collections-related field. Must have strong computer and internet skills and have exceptional attention to detail. Must be experienced in dealing with confrontational people and be able to conduct self in a professional, courteous manner at all times. Vehicle knowledge is a plus. Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once without sacrificing quality of work and be able to meet deadlines consistently.
