Job Description
We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join iFit, interactive fitness technology.
The User Experience Designer will leverage the voice of the iFit customer to craft on-brand
experiences that meet customer expectations and measurable business goals throughout the
digital fitness journey. The UX Designer will produce user-centered design (UCD) deliverables
such as process flows, wireframes, user interactions, visual mockups, and prototypes. These
assets will facilitate business and consumer alignment throughout the product development
lifecycle, and support the planning and execution of customer experiences across iFit's
organizational disciplines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
» Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively
conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors for iFit.com, Mobile,
On-Product and social experiences.
» Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and documentation
» Provide insight in the area of user experience and usability
» Develop and maintain iFit's user experience DNA to ensure consistency and consumer
familiarity throughout the digital ecosystem.
» Assist in creation, governance, and maintenance of interaction, usability, and accessibility
standards
» Contribute to iFits's overall UX maturity. This includes creating and refining processes and
developing tools and templates that can be applied throughout

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer,
information architect, or similar role
» Minimum Bachelor's degree in design, human computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent
professional experience.
» Expert understanding of methods for designing easy to use interfaces in a variety of
web-based and mobile formats including social applications ( FaceBook)
» An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great
user-centered design solutions is a requirement for application.
AAP/EOE
