Inside Sales Representative Privileges:

- Greet Customers (Create First Impression)
- Check their devices in for repair
- Offer solutions to protecting, and securing their devices once they are fixed (Screen Protectors, Cases, iSmart Protection Plan, etc.)
- Upsells, Rebuttal's, Closing sales.
- Utilizing the Warm Leads walking in the door and converting them to revenue.
- Working hard, and being accountable.

This position offers $25-$40 per sale of our Revolutionary iSmart Protection plan. Below is the pay breakdown.

1 Sale per Day Avg - $25 Per sale Paid
2 Sales per Day Avg - $30 Per Sale Paid
3 Sales and Above Per Day Avg - $40 Per Sale Paid!

If you've ever sold anything based on warm leads you know these commissions are more than fair.

3 Sales per day = $2,400 Per Month
4 Sales per day = $3,200 Per Month
5 Sales per day = $4,000 Per Month

Someone who is punctual and articulate. Not afraid to talk to customers constantly. Willing to work as little or as many hours as it takes to reach their personal and company goals. Someone who wants to be apart of a real team and is vision minded. Someone willing to work hard, and be paid well for their efforts. At least 2 years in Customer Service and/or Sales required. High School Diploma. Experience selling warranties or other accessories is preferred.
