Part Time Customer Service Data Entry Technician
We are a custom web software development company located in downtown Salt Lake City. We are looking to hire a part time customer service technician to provide service and email assistance on our web programs.
Job Description:
• Customer service for programs via email and telephone
• Address and resolve customer issues on a daily basis
• Ability to research and resolve a variety of service and program issues
• Data entry
Salary and Hours
• $12.00/hour
• Part time – 25 hours per week, 12 pm – 6 pm, M-F
• Ability to work flexible hours if needed.

• Familiar with MS Office
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with help desk systems. Knowledge of Kayako Fusion a plus.
• Interest in learning light programming.
• Familiarity with small business and its unique challenges a plus
