Job Description
We are a final cleaning sub contractor that has been in business for 16 years with offices across the western United States. We perform the final detail cleaning on new buildings that are ready to open or turn over to the their new owners.
We are looking for full time and part time crews to work in the Salt Lake area starting immediately.
We are looking for a very organized crew leader with proven leadership and cognitive thinking abilities to run a cleaning crew of 6 - 10. This crew leader is a working crew leader and will be working with the rest of the crew on site each day.
The crew leader will be in charge of talking with the customer each day, setting daily goals to meet budget requirements, assuring quality, handling paper work, organizing supplies, and other project specific details.
We are also looking for 5- 10 full time crew members to be on the final cleaning team. Your job will be to perform the final cleaning of new projects, removing all dust, and debris from new projects that are almost ready to open. You will be cleaning walls, cabinets, floors, etc.
This is not a temp labor or heavy duty construction cleaning job. This is a detail oriented final cleaning position. You will need to have an eye for details and very picky about cleanliness.
Crew leader must have a valid Drivers License and must be able to speak, read, write and communicate in English. Cleaning experience is a huge benefit.
Crew members can speak either English or Spanish, again, cleaning experience is a huge benefit.
