Job Description
This position is a developmental role, intended to help groom an associate into an HR Business Partner through hands-on experiences and exposure to various human resources impacted projects. It will also assist the department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures. This includes maintaining records, spreadsheets, and other documents, as well as supporting the HR Manager and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in rolling out large scale project plans.
Requirements
Relevant Experience, Education, Certification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint software.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication both upward and downward in the organization; comfortable working with multiple levels in the organization.
Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
