Lake Powell Business Opportunity!! January 1 we will have a 4 bay boat shop and small retail space that will be available. Looking for someone who wants to build a boat repair business at Lake Powell. Located in Ticaboo, UT 12 miles north of Bullfrog Marina.

Looking for a skilled boat mechanic who wants to build their own business. Need tools and desire to create a business at Lake Powell Utah! There is an existing boat storage area adjacent to the Boat Shop. Willing to work with individual who has capacity to expand boat storage to include house boats. Unique opportunity.
