Job Description
This individual reports to the department head and is responsible for providing administrative support to Client Service Coordinators (CSCs). Salary range for position $25,000-30,000 depending upon experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist CSCs in helping clients transact and achieve targets and objectives
• Follow up with clients to gather necessary documents for insurance, lending, and real estate transactions.
• Help CSCs maintain notes from client meetings and follow up on tasks generated from client calls
• Create and maintain needed tracking and reporting
• Work with other departments to accomplish client objectives
• Track client expectations
• Keep and maintain documents and files utilizing Client Relationship tracking system
• Support department goals and objectives.
• Help CSCs with client meeting agendas and schedule future client appointments
• Follow through on assignments from client meetings
• Help ensure clients are progressing with ongoing CSC meetings
• Directly assist Department Team Lead

Requirements
• General knowledge of mortgage and real estate processes, requirements, and terminology
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and general computer skills
• Customer service oriented
• Highly organized and proficient in managing many tasks and responsibilities at once
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Excited and willing to work cooperatively with team and other departments
• Self-starter with ability to work independently as needed
• Typing skills - 45 wpm, 10-key proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
• Loan Processor experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access
• 2-3+ year administrative experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and general computer skills
• Customer service oriented
• Highly organized and proficient in managing many tasks and responsibilities at once
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Excited and willing to work cooperatively with team and other departments
