Job Description
Job duties for this position include a variety of tasks required to maintain facilities and equipment.As a regular part of job duties, this individual performs moderately difficult work in two or more trades, such as electrician, carpenter, machinist, millwright, painter, mason, and so forth. A combination of over two years of directly related training and/or experience is typically required for carrying out the responsibilities for this job.
Requirements
Job requirements will include janitorial duties, such as cleaning and keeping buildings and labs in an orderly fashion. Such tasks include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming hallways, stairs, and office spaces along with emptying trash. This technician may also perform minor painting,plumbing, electrical wiring, and other maintenance-related activities, some with the use of hand tools. The individual must also be capable of assisting with special direct projects. Full-time position with outstanding benefits. Must be US citizen. Prefer to fill this position by January 1, 2013
