Some might call this position ‘Master Aesthetician’ but we call it ‘Treatment Plan Specialist’. Why? • Gather medical history

• Formulate an appropriate skin care treatment plan

• Educate patients

• Perform facial treatments

• Maintain client records

• Dispense home treatment products

• Maintain inventory of skin care products, supplies and equipment

• Assist with various marketing activities

• Must read and understand and adhere to all Physician Services policies and procedures

• Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement

• Perform other duties as required


SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Specific training and education in skin care products and treatments used in the clinic will be necessary.

• Must demonstrate a high degree of interpersonal skill with co-workers, physicians and patients
Must possess the desire to deliver Expert Treatments, Beautiful results, and ridiculously amazing customer service


EXPERIENCE

• Experience with the Syneron Elos+ system extremely helpful
• 2 years of Master Aesthetician experience is preferred.
• Prefer previous experience in cosmetic sales and treatments or experience in outpatient cosmetic surgery.
• Have been the recipient of really amazing customer service and desires to provide the same to our clients.
• Retail sales are a nice plus. Successful retail sales results a major plus.
Aesthetician Instructor license preferred but not necessary.
• CPR preferred

EDUCATION

• Licensure, as one of the following as required by state regulations:

a. Master Aesthetician license
