Job Description
The Ogden Golf and Country Club is a historic private country club with an 18 hole golf course, Practice Areas, Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, and 24,000 square foot Clubhouse.

The following is a list of responsibilities:
1. Oversight of the Food and Beverage Operation including:
a. Kitchen staff managers and personnel.
b. Wait staff and personnel
c. Catering and Social Events Coordinator.
d. Snack Shack personnel
2. Oversight of the accounting office staff.
3. Oversight of the Building Facilities manager, physical aspects of building projects, and maintenance.
4. Oversight Membership and Marketing Director
5. Oversight of Tennis and Swimming aspects of the Club, including junior programs for these facilities.
6. Maintain a professional and welcoming presence with the Membership of the Club.
7. Fiscally responsible for items 1 though 5.
8. Budget and Financial Planning.
9. Communication to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee regarding the status of all items above.

Coordinate with the following Departments:
1. Proshop
2. Golf Maintenance.
Requirements
**MUST HAVE 5 YEARS MINIMUM FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.**

2. Bachelors Degree or Equal Training any of the following fields is desired: Food and Beverage, Hospitality, Business Management.
3. Minimum 5 years Experience in Golf Club Management, Hotel Management, Food and Beverage, Business Management.
* Candidate should assume that drug and alcohol testing will be part of the employee culture at the club.
