About Jamberry Nails, LLC

Jamberry Nails, LLC, founded in 2011, is the premier direct sales company focused on manufacturing and distributing cutting edge and fashionable nail shields. In its first 9 months of operations, Jamberry Nails has experienced explosive growth in both the number of sales consultants as well as revenue. Jamberry Nails is located in Lindon, Utah.

Jamberry Nails is seeking a Trainer to for its independent consultant training group. The Trainer will be part of the Company’s Training Department and will report directly to the COO.

Primary job responsibilities include:

1. Creation of training programs for Jamberry’s Independent Consultants
2. Organize and lead sales training webinars and conference calls
3. Primary responsibility for consultants below the rank of Director, including outreach and communication
4. Coordination with Training Director on all company wide training materials and events
5. Occasional travel to conduct live training conferences
6. Member of Company’s Communications Team, which oversees all corporate and consultant communication and marketing strategies
7. Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
8. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

1. B.A.
2. 3-5 years of industry experience
3. Background in direct sales industry required
4. Public speaking background preferred
5. Proven ability to deliver and create topical sales training tools
6. Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
