Job Description
Administrative Assistant

XSI Factory is now seeking a talented Administrative Assistant. This individual will be responsible for multiple departments. This position calls for a leader with a personality and ability to have significant influence within the entire team. A minimum of two years of Administrative Assistant experience is required. A background of writing contracts and staying very organized is a must. Staying on task and being productive is mandatory.

Please don't respond unless you have a positive attitude with motivation to be the best at what you do.

Qualified candidates will possess these skills:
• Must know how to organize, organize, organize!
• Must be able to handle all personality types and remain calm while talking with others.
• Produce quality work every day
• Punctuality, Dependability
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening)
• Ability to find solutions to challenges.
• Problem solving skills – Solutions are a must!
• Ability to provide feedback and maintain discipline

• Must be proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and be able to learn other computer programs quickly and effectively.
• 2 years Administrative Assistant experience.
• Must be extremely organized!
