Requirements
We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Account Manager to help us launch new accounts as well as maintain our current relationships. The successful candidate is someone with a professional background and sales or account management experience.
If you possess the following qualifications, we want to hear form you:
2+ years of previous sales/account management/ customer service experience (preferably on the phone)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Goal oriented
Team player with a positive attitude
Good judgment and decision making ability
General PC skills
Management experience is a plus! Training is several months long, and includes time in our call center. Salary is approximately $30,000/year, DOE.
