Job Description
Mark Miler Subaru is currently seeking a qualified Part-time Café Assistant with both of our dealership café’s to provide outstanding customer service as a barista and food service provider, work respectfully with peers and demonstrate outstanding customer care.
Qualifications:
•Previous experience working in food service
•Some barista Experience
•Food Handlers Permit required
•Team player
•Excellent Organizational Skills
•Customer service oriented
•Good Driving Record
•Able to pass background check and drug test
•Basic knowledge and understanding of cashiering and food preparation
•Detail oriented
•Self-motivated and reliable
•Good communication skills and outgoing with customers
•Positive attitude at all times
•Flexible, reliable, dependable person

Requirements
The Part-time Café Barista should be able to work part-time Tuesday-Saturday and perform the following duties:
•Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking up etc.
•Stock and maintain work areas
•Take and input orders into cash register system and collect payments from customers
•Prepare food and coffee beverages in a timely manner
•Ensure that appliances (e.g., coffee makers) are turned on/off at the appropriate times
•Clean and maintain dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day
•Count till, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, turn in receipts, and secure bank deposit
•Monitor customer activity to ensure they are being taken care of
