Job Description
We are a local accounting firm that provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, and other related services to individuals and small businesses.
We are currently looking to fill three positions. We will fill the positions based on experience levels and applicant ability.
In addition to your resume, please include a cover sheet that lists the position you believe you would be most suited for, and a paragraph detailing your level of experience and understanding of Quickbooks, as well as your salary requirements.

Requirements
All positions require the use of Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office.
Additional requirements by listing:
1. Administrative assistant/Bookkeeper: Customer Service, Staff support services, Invoicing & Collections, Must be organized and have strong skills in maintaining documentation and follow through.
2. Bookkeeper: In addition to being able to perform the skills in the above listing, applicant must have a strong understanding of Quickbooks. This position requires (but is not limited to) data entry of accounting information, reconciliation, month end & year end closing, payroll preparation. This applicant must have the ability to apply critical thinking skills and be able to adapt to a variety of projects.
3.Accountant: In addition to being able to perform the skills in both of the listings above, applicant must be proficient in the knowledge of balance sheet accounts, asset management and tracking, the ability to create and maintain a variety of spreadsheets. Preference will be given to applicants with personal & business tax preparation experience.
