Job Description
RPM Cache Valley is hiring a Property Manager who will focus as a Leasing Representative. Responsibilities include:
-Advertise available properties
-Conduct showings
-Initiate and track applications, credit checks and leases
-Active communication with potential tenants
-Weekly reporting
-Conduct a monthly market analysis
-Provide professional services to potential and current clientel.
