Job Description
Horizon Home Health is seeking a skilled, experienced and compassionate CNA to work PRN in Salt Lake City Area. A successful candidate will have good communication skills and desirous of serving people.
Responsibilities include; assistance with ADL's, and possible light housekeeping.

Requirements
At least 6 months experience as a CNA in Home Health is required. Current CNA certification is required. Must have your own reliable transportation and be able to pass a rigid background check including fingerprinting. Being able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Must enjoy bringing joy to seniors.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be Pro-Active as necessary, with all care and duties, responsible, reliable
- Own a reliable vehicle
- Be compassionate with a positive attitude
- Six months Home Health experience: current CNA Certificate
- Be at least 18 years of age
