Job Description
Our company is seeking an ambitious sales professional to train, motivate, coach, and lead our inside sales teams. We would like a detail oriented person who can monitor and report performance. Additionally, you would be required to review individual performance and mentor individuals to increase overall productivity. You will also be required to conduct weekly team meetings to facilitate greater success, discuss challenges or implement changes. Prior experience with auto parts counter sales a plus.

Candidate must possess a high school diploma, candidates with a 4 year college degree will be given preference
