Our Brigham City, Riverdale, and Draper Locations are looking for a highly motivated sales rep.

Sprint by BrightStar Wireless is hiring full and part time a retail sales associates to represent Sprint.

As a Sales consultant you will be expected to:

• Sell company products and services to walk-in customers in a retail outlet.

• Provide a high level of customer service support with product expertise and advanced selling skills.

• Guide customer through the purchasing decision and activations process, and educates the customer on their new purchase.

• Develop new customer prospects or referrals and builds customer relationships to drive sales.

• Advance the company's retail position in consumer markets.

• Achieve sales goals and service performance requirements through new customer sales, sales of accessories and features, and by providing excellent customer satisfaction.

• Participate in outbound calling programs to existing and new customer base.
Personality is the key. We are looking for a responsible individual capable of creative problem solving, taking care of customers and in developing a positive customer experience. Training is provided.

Employees must be available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have sales experience. Full and part time positions are available. Applicants will be considered for immediate hire.

Previous customer service experience, and sales experience is a plus. Willing to work weekends and holidays. Strong work ethic!
