Job Description
CUDP powers CUProdigy, a leading core software solution for credit unions utilizing industry leading technologies and functionality. Given our current growth level and future plans, we need to add an additional Training/Customer Support Specialist to our team. Our staff provides top level support for our credit union users including training, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. This position emphasizes the training aspects of the job and calls for someone who has the technical ability to learn and understand our complete software package, develop training tools, and communicate that knowledge to our users. Good people skills are required.
Requirements
Enhance and develop training tools (documentation and training videos) to help our customers understand and use the power of our software, train users on proper use of CUProdigy, assist with testing of new releases, answer questions about CUProdigy, and provide trouble shooting and problem resolution for user issues.
