Job Description
We need a part-time secretary to join our busy team to handle phones, front desk, accounts payable and receivable, materials ordering, and general office duties. Hours would be 9:00 to 3:00 Monday-Friday.
Requirements
We are looking for an energetic multi-tasker with a cheerful attitude, professional work ethic, and experience with Quickbooks and MS Office programs. We are a commercial cabinet shop, so construction experience is helpful but not mandatory.
