Job Description
C-A-L Ranch Stores is launching its E-Commerce business in 2012. Come join a small team responsible for its successful launch, growth and success. This position performs the primary function of interacting with company stakeholders via the company’s website and multiple social media platforms. This multi-dimensional, ground-floor opportunity will be the representative “voice” of C-A-L Ranch Stores on multiple communication platforms. This position requires a personable, self-motivated and creative person with comfortable product knowledge of CA-L Ranch merchandise assortments.
Requirements
2+ years of progressive retail and or direct customer service experience.
Strong understanding of Agriculture and currently “Lives” the Farm/Ranch/Western lifestyle.
Proficient in working with online social media networking tools.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Concise and grammatically correct writing style and fast typing skills
Comfortable uploading pictures and videos to Social Media internet sites
Team player with a positive attitude
Social Media “junkie” who understands that online posts, and customer inquiries require responses with a high sense of urgency
