Job Description
We are looking for candidates with experience in event planning and coordination as well as administrative support. Qualified individuals are energetic, outgoing and enjoy interacting with customers. Candidates also need to be organized, detail oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable navigating and performing functions within a sales CRM software system. This hourly position will require 10 to 20% travel. Creativity, and amateur photography skills are also a plus.

Responsibilities
1. Assist in planning, preparation, logistics, travel arrangements, and execution (setup / takedown) of trade shows and events.
2. Become versed in Mity-Lite’s product line, attend and work trade shows, interact with customers and generate sales leads.
3. Administrative support for marketing / sales department

Requirements
Education and Experience
1. Some college preferred
2. Event planning and execution
3. Microsoft Office, and familiarity with a Sales CRM
4. Some photography experience a plus

3. Creativity and flexibility to adapt to variety of tasks
