Job Description
The Better Business Bureau of Utah (BBB) is seeking a part time receptionist (20 hours per week) with strong verbal and written English communication skills to operate a multi-line phone system and assist callers from the public, along with general office duties. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Salary is $10.00 per hour, 20 hours per week Monday – Friday. Weekends and most major holidays off, paid vacation time and 401K available.

Requirements
Qualifications include intermediate-level skills in Internet use, Microsoft Outlook and Word; outstanding customer service skills including E-mail and telephone customer service, detail oriented; ability to work with an array of personalities; and ability to type 45wpm.
