We're looking for someone to drive the design of our web app to a new level. You'll help capture our personality and support our brand through thoughtful improvements to the UI and UX. You'll work closely with our team of developers and product managers to bring happiness and joy to HR managers, employees, and executives around the world. Amibitious? Yes. Possible? Definitely!

Stuff About You that Makes us Happy

Meticulous attention to detail (every pixel matters).
Clean, well thought-out designs.
Ability to take wireframes from concept to completion.
Ability to design and ship high quality products with a clean and consistent style.
Create, implement and extend the style guidelines used by the rest of the team.
Translate complex ideas into simple, accessible designs.
Fluent in best practices for web-based information architecture, strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques, and the ability to challenge these conventions when appropriate.
Intimate understanding of the possibilities (and limitations) of current and emerging web and mobile technologies and trends (if you can whip out some HTML and CSS, that’s a plus!).
