Job Description You will be a key part of our sales team, and represent and sell our awesome software. We have an excellent pipeline of opportunities, and need your help to handle them all. Sales are conducted via web conference and phone. You will use your interpersonal, writing, technical, and presentation skills to drive the sales cycle and have fun closing deals frequently! Our unique product and software-as-a-service delivery, makes our product a fit for a large market and we need help meeting their needs.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Required Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota. Positive attitude, high motivation level and a passion for building a business. Ability to articulate and present a compelling value proposition via customer meetings, telephone, web. Experience identifying and qualifying opportunities; pursuing conversion of qualified leads to customers with monthly recurring revenue. Technical acumen blended with ability to communicate business value. Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills. Preferred Successful sales experience in a B2B/solution sales environment Experience selling a SaaS solution highly preferred. Background selling CRM, HRIS, talent management systems, payroll, or recruiting solutions.
