Job Description
Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a qualified, self-motivated machinist/millwright to work at our Leamington, Utah plant.
Requirements
Position requires:
-Equivalent of high school education or higher.
-Machinist Associates Degree or equivalent.
-Minimum of three years industrial maintenance experience.
Skills required:
-Operating, maintaining, and repairing shop equipment including lathe, radial drill press, shear, pipe machine, metal shear, metal brake, grinding wheels, & other related tools.
-Working knowledge of welding, fabrication, cutting torch basics, soldering, mill wrighting, mechanics, machine shop equipment, torque wrenches, & related mechanical maintenance functions.
-Ability to read blueprints, drawings & diagrams for mechanical maintenance and repairs.
-Ability to read, interpret & follow instructional and maintenance manuals.
-Good communication and problem solving skills.
