    Job Description

With over 100 years of combined experience and as a full service dealer we create POS solutions that meet or exceed our customers??? expectations. Technical Support Specialist: The Support Specialist provides internal and external technical support onsite, via telephone and or remote access. This position will be responsible for acting as an ongoing technical support contact. Will provide research resolution for escalations from internal and external team members, complete special projects as assigned, and interact with external customers, carriers and vendors. May be assigned to install, program and trouble shoot equipment onsite.

    Relocation costs may be covered.


    Responsibilities / Duties: - Configure registers, keyboards, modems and other systems as required - Interact with internal and external parties as the ongoing technical support for POS issues - Maintain internal tracking system with project information - Coordinate testing of POS systems before installation - Communicate/coordinate with vendors and customers to coordinate projects through completion - Complete special projects as assigned - Meet or exceed customer expectations Experience: - Customer Service Experience - Previous Technical Service Experience Required Skills/ Abilities: - Strong ability to work independently - Strong technical proficiency - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Must be able to work outside of normal work hours - Excellent organization and prioritization skills - Strong customer service orientation - Familiar with Microsoft Office - Ability to be an effective team member - Must know basic Windows administration and networking
