Job Description
Kirton McConkie, a large Salt Lake City law firm, has an exciting employment opportunity for an associate attorney to work in the Corporate practice group.
Requirements
A minimum of three years of corporate experience is required. Mergers/Acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance, and contracts experience required.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar, or be willing to take the Utah Bar. If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state.
