Edge Homes the Fastest Growing Builder keeps growing and needs another estimator to deal with the volume of sales.
1. Responsible for creation of plans takeoffs as directed from sketches, existing drawings, and electronic images, along with written and verbal descriptions.
2. Responsible for plan takeoff management including corrections and alterations.
3. Make changes to plans takeoffs for efficiencies in design as directed.
4. Adds option takeoffs to plans as directed.
5. Work closely with all departments in the company to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information and are error free.
6. Utilizes time resources to more efficiently carry out above mentioned tasks.
7. Performs additional related duties as requested or required.
