Duties:
- The support team is responsible for answering all customer related questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

- Applicants will need to work well in a team environment.
- Multitasking skills are required as the applicant selected will provide customer support via email, online chat support, and phone support.
- Basic ability to perform product research and troubleshooting of orders, sometimes simultaneously, is required.
* High School Diploma
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* Ability to type 40 WPM
* Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Requirements:
* Associate Degree
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* Experience supporting Internet, e-commerce, and dropshipping.
* Experience buying/selling online
