Primary Function: Oversee the marketing department, vendors or service providers, and project manager for all corporate marketing to achieve company marketing objectives.

Primary Duties:
• Take the lead on all company marketing projects, owning deliverables and deadlines
• Coordinate marketing efforts and work together as a team to create and implement marketing initiatives
• Interface with third-party vendors including PR consultants, graphic designers, web designers and writers
• Create, write and edit content for internal and external audiences
• Research and develop effective marketing and communication strategies
• Help establish, maintain and achieve the company’s marketing objectives
• Ensure 100% regulatory compliance with industry, state and federal guidelines
• Proactively seek to contribute to the success and profitability of the company
• Execute all assigned duties with excellent customer service (both internal and external) as the highest priority
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, strategy or related field
• Minimum of five years’ experience in communications and/or marketing
• Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry highly preferred
• Excellent persuasive writing and editing skills required
• Proven customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams
• Strong organization skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
• Clear strategic thinking and problem solving skills
